Who we are...

Edward Brunskill

Edward Brunskill Dip. FD  has over 24 years experience in funeral service, starting as an apprentice with Andrew Holmes & Sons a  family  friends business in 1994, when he was just 18, he progressed to obtain the National Association of Funeral Directors diploma, and went on over the next years to manage medium to large funeral homes with multiple sites and staff across London. Edward has built up a range of contacts, experience and knowledge in the funeral world.

Edward has built a wealth of experience in funeral service, and has come back to do what he loves most, guiding and supporting families first hand. Launching his own small family business. Ed is superb at ensuring your journey with us from the first meet, to the arrangement and then the funeral is as smooth and as worry or trouble free.

Joshua Brunskill

Joshua Brunskill Cert FAA,  Edwards first son,  has been raised up around funerals and the business and has now taken the plunge into the full time life of an assistant funeral director, it really is in his blood. From his early teens, and even younger years, josh has been keen to always get involved from being just a broom boy in the coffin workshop when his dad was in the office, cleaning ceremonial cars to caring for families on ceremonies across London. Gaining so much valuable experience along his way.

Having passed his Certificate for arranging and administration at the age of just 18, josh is showing promising signs that his knowledge and ability to help beavered families will be so valuable. He is keen to ensure, much like his father, every step of the way can be made as smooth as possible for you in such a difficult time.

It is always a privilege and makes us very proud at Brunskill Funerals to receive thanks from those we look after, especially that they are able to do so despite the sadness they are going through during bereavement. It is an honour and every-time the privilege grows stronger....
