Pay your invoice
A simple, secure way to settle your account with us. If you have any questions about your invoice, please call and we will talk it through with you.
Online payments are not in operation just yet. We are in the middle of setting them up, and this page will go live shortly. In the meantime please use one of the other ways to pay below, or call us on 020 3887 2090 and we will help.
Pay online
When your invoice is ready you will receive it by email with a Pay online button. That button brings you to this page, where you can pay securely by debit or credit card. You will need your invoice number to hand.
Payments are handled by our funeral management system and its payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Other ways to pay

There is never any rush on our side, and we are always happy to talk through the timing of a payment if that would help.
Bank transfer
Our account details are printed on your invoice. Please quote your invoice number as the reference so we can match the payment to your account.
Card over the phone
Call us on 020 3887 2090 and we can take a debit or credit card payment while you are on the line.
Cash or cheque
We accept cash and cheques at either of our offices in Chessington and Twickenham. Please call first so we can make sure someone is there to see you.
Questions about your invoice
If anything on your invoice is not clear, or the timing is difficult, please speak to us before you pay. We publish our full price list and disbursements so you can see exactly what each item covers, and we will always go through it with you line by line if that would help.
